Team Service Coordinator - 2 people required

Brief Description: A vacancy has arisen in the DC at Bardon, performing management duties in an efficient manner; ensuring that DC and Company standards are adhered to at all times; customer requirements are achieved and targets and key performance indicators are met. Providing support to the Goods in/Returns Team Manager you will be expected to exceed our customer’s expectations by giving the highest quality of service and standards through the effective management & developing new techniques to increase team performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Achieve daily team performance targets
  • Co-ordinate Goods In and Returns processes
  • Ensure personal protective equipment is worn by team at all times where appropriate
  • Ability to adapt management style according to the needs of the team

Days and Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7.00am to 3.00pm with some Saturdays
